Each meal should start with a 50-ml infusions made from chamomile, calendula and St. John's Wort (for daily servings of infusion will need 1 tablespoon of herbs listed and 300 ml of boiling water).

Morning you can start with a cup of natural black coffee (without sugar and milk). Throughout the week, need to eat on the following menu, then take a break for a week and again prior week carbohydrate unloading. Such an approach allows you to lose up to 9 pounds overweight (in the first week takes about 5 kg, and the second - 2.4 kg). During the "breathing space" you can eat in the usual mode, but sweets, fatty foods and alcohol will be avoided.
