Options for an effective diet for 3 days

Needless to say that there are many options for a three-day dietary food plan.

Option number 1 (protein-carbohydrate diet for 3 days)

The first day

• Breakfast: a cup of freshly brewed black coffee without milk and sugar (coffee can replace tea), and toast with 1 tsp honey or 2 tsp sour jam
• Lunch: a small grapefruit or orange
• Lunch: 80 g of cooked chicken, green beans, boiled in (1 tbsp.), Boiled beets and corn bread
• Dinner: big apple or a couple of kiwifruit

The second day

• Breakfast: a cup of freshly brewed black coffee without milk and sugar (coffee can replace tea), and boiled soft-boiled egg and toast bread diet
• Lunch: big apple
• Lunch: boiled broccoli, a slice of lean ham, toast diet of bread and a salad of fresh carrots, seasoned with 1 tbsp yogurt
• Dinner: a cup of unsweetened tea and 2-3 pieces. prunes

The third day

• Breakfast: a cup of freshly brewed black coffee without milk and sugar (coffee can replace tea), and a slice of low-fat cheese and a few crackers
• Lunch: a small grapefruit or green apple
• Lunch: boiled beets, fish and cauliflower, and corn bread
• Dinner: salad of apples, oranges and kiwi fruit (without refueling), and unsweetened green tea
